@Jobungash I am facing the same issue right now. It seems there is a general delay from Opera's server in sending the funds to MiniPay today. My points were also deducted but haven't reflected yet.
In fact, I have been facing this since yesterday. I even tried logging out and restoring my wallet, but the balance still hasn't updated. It seems to be a major system delay from their side

@Jobungash The MiniPay wallet is built into Opera Mini, but there is also a standalone MiniPay app. My advice is to stay within the Opera Mini browser for now to avoid verification issues or balance delays.
