Open download in download folder button has disappeared

Both devices have the same thing no open download in download folder button.
This is a feature I like and use often until now.
Please return it. I love opera browser used it a very long time.
Also Please don't put AI in it I have enough of my own thanks.

@Digger-m I still see Open With if I click on the three dots on the right of the file name.

@leocg that gives you posable apps to open your file I want opera to open the folder where the file is not the same unfortunately .
