Opera does not support non-free codecs like H.264 used with html5 video element.

Note that Android is droping (or has dropped already) support for flash so it needs to allow a larger amount of codecs. And also the videos are opened on the phone's video player and not in Opera afaik.

Why Opera does not support WebM VP8? It is not free?

                      Look mine:

It's Android. So wrong forum and also different OS, which means different things being supported.

I asked about Opera for Windows. Is there some difference between VP8 and VP9?

Ok, but you (also) posted an screenshot of Opera Mobile. And html5 support is, afaik, OS depemdent.

Certainly, as VP9 is newer and the successor of VP8.

It won't happen again. If I install codecs in my computer, I will have more HTML5 support?

Not necessarily. It would depend on the browser also.

                                    Nope, at least on Windows.

Opera Developer 25 should support MSE & H264? When I access Youtube HTML5 page it is shown that the browser does not support it? Look:
