Would be great to have more exercises options to prevent office syndrome - desk exercises for the whole body like seated side bends, chair pigeon, etc.

@thustam That would be a great addition more guided desk and chair exercises for the whole body (like seated side bends, chair pigeon, and mobility stretches) would really help prevent office syndrome and make staying active at work much easier.
