How to import bookmarks if sync isnt working?

I just got a new pc but already pulled the old ssds out and put it in the new one. So does opera have a file where all that stuff is saved that i can just import if yes can u tell me the directory maybe?
Bc i logged in and synced it but i didnt do anything idk why

If you can start the old computer, you can export bookmarks and passwords to files and copy the files to thumb drive and them import the data into Opera on the new computer.

@MAYMAX0 If you have access to the old profile directory, just copy the Bookmarks file from there and paste in the new one.
