Button Display Opera in this language just not clickable

Same issue in Chrome. Must be a Chromium issue. Probably the language isn't really supported.

You can see if you can find a bug about it in https://issues.chromium.org/issues?q=kazakh and if not, file a report there.

@dacilec It usually happens when language is not available to use on the UI.
