globesimreg.ph doesn't load properly

Hi everyone,
I’m facing a strange issue on Opera where the page https://globesimreg.ph/globe-sim-puk-code/
won’t load properly. It either keeps buffering or shows a broken layout, but when I open the same link in Chrome or Firefox, the site loads instantly with no problems. I’ve already tried clearing cache, disabling extensions, turning off ad-blocker, and even checking it in a private window, but the issue remains only in Opera.

Since I often need this page for things related to globe sim registeration, it’s becoming difficult when the browser fails to load it consistently. Has anyone else experienced certain websites refusing to load on Opera? Any settings or fixes I should try?
