How to stop tabs from opening at startup

Hi, in Opera for Windows I found a setting to prevent previous folders from reopening upon restart, so the browser opens cleanly.
In Opera for Android I can't find the same feature. Does anyone know where it is? Thanks.

@Uby60 You need to close Opera for Android by clicking on the power button Icon.

Click on that button, then on the power button icon
