I got told this was a thing to help you make games where do I do that?

@hartleykr What exactly are you talking about? There is Opera GX, a browser for gamers.

If you’re looking to make games, you don’t necessarily need Opera itself . Opera is just a browser, so you can use it to access online game development tools or tutorials. Platforms like Unity, Unreal Engine, or Construct are great for beginners and have lots of guides to help you get started. Once you pick a platform, Opera can simply be the browser you use to access resources and upload your creations.
