I searched (basically) everywhere in the settings but couldn't find anything.

I went to the URL opera://settings/keyboardShortcuts and removed "ctrl + tab" and "ctrl + shift + tab" from the "Cycle forward through tabs" and "Cycle backward through tabs" commands thinking that might help. But, it still switches address fields to a different tab. Kind of strange and might be a bug.
