Synchronization in the wrong direction

Hello,
I don't know if this is the best place for this, but I find myself in an extremely annoying situation.
To try to keep it short, I have a Windows session at my girlfriend's house where I have Opera with synchronized bookmarks for when I stay for a long time. I'm there right now, and it seems that I disabled synchronization on my own PC and forgot to re-enable it before leaving. So I asked my mother to come over to my place to re-enable it, and then disaster struck: Opera on my PC synchronized with my girlfriend's PC instead of the other way around... The result: I lost two months' worth of saved tabs and folder organization...
Please tell me there's a way to get my favorites back the way they were.

@unphixedBug As far as I know, synchronisation should happen on both ways.
