animated wallpaper not moving

i just added a new superman mod, where the wallpapers should be animated, but it just freezes and doesnt animate at all. i have this with every mod who has a animated wallpaper. how do i fix this?

@isaacbravosix It's probably a battery saver. Plug in your laptop or disable the feature.
