Specific general web size but with a catch.

Hi guys. Just a "simple" question, I need every page to be on 80% zoom level, since some internal webs that I browse doesn't "show" anything unless I zoom out 80 or standard 100%. Problem is 100% is too big, and 80% is too small, 90% is amazing in terms of content viewing but nothing shows on screen, just a blank page. Firefox doesn't have that "problem", it just renders the webs on any zoom level, but I do not like Firefox at all hahaha.
I know it's a little weird question, also I didn't found anything on the web related to this.
Hope you can help me out.

@pilis00 Hi. 100% is too big, and 80% is too small. I need to know if there's something that makes the web scaling show some things or not based on current zoom level. If that's the case, I would love to know how to modify it so I can use 90% 'cause its the best option for my screen resolution.
To clarify, I know I can change zoom level. Problem is that the webs I'm using daily only show info on 80% and 100%, not in 90% zoom level.

@braayhaan Did you already try changing system scale?
What is the screen size? 100% shouldn't be a problem.

@braayhaan You can try starting Opera with command --force-device-scale-factor=0.9 to get 90% zoom
