it's telling me that I have no synched data

I've been using Opera for years. Now, it's telling me that I have no synched data. I have no idea why. Anyway, I'm trying to do this synch thing. I've forgotten any passphrase. I try to make a new one and it just shows me a video about Opera. It doesn't help me at all.
What can I do?

@PeterBB If you already went to sync.oper.com and reset your passphrase, now go to Sync section in settings and change or disable your passphrase.
