@layon1296 Backup codes are provided when second factor authentication is enabled exactly for those situations.

Hi @leocg, thanks for the clarification.
Unfortunately, I no longer have my backup codes. I did save them when I first enabled 2-factor authentication, but I switched computers and no longer have access to the file/printout. Is there any alternative way to regain access to my account (e.g., identity verification through my registered email or other details)?
Thanks in advance for your help.

@layon1296 If you don't have access to the authentication app nor to the backup codes I'm afraid you will not be able to access your account.

@KRIST0O0O0 So you are being asked to provide a authentication code?

Yes, either one time passcode that I have lost or by 6 digit code that should be sent to the Gmail but isn't.

@KRIST0O0O0 Authentication codes are not send to your email address.
Either you get one in the authentication app you have chosen when you enabled second factor authentication or you use one of your backup codes.
