Volume slides under videos

I have noticed for quite some time now that the audio volume of videos starts off muted and I have to unmute it every time. What could this be due to?

@leocg On this site https://www.gazzetta.it/ the videos volume is not muted but is about at 1%.
On Instagram Reels are always muted

@SiMcarD78 Tried the video on https://www.gazzetta.it/Formula-1/06-07-2025/f1-silverstone-leclerc-strategia-sbagliata-colpa-mia-le-parole-di-vasseur.shtml and it started with audio turned off both in Opera and Chrome.

@leocg So it depends on the site? It's been happening more and more lately. Is everyone adjusting?

@SiMcarD78 Yep, it may depend on the site. Many will start videos with audio turned off to (try to)bypass Chromium autoplay policy.

@leocg But it's absurd. Videos often start without sound, and I have to start over because I miss a word.
