Opera stays off screen when clicked on in taskbar, and does nothing to images when I right click, also dropdowns don't work

I opened Opera but after some time passes it stops working; it stays offscreen when I click on it on taskbar, it does nothing to images, not even provide a dropdown menu, when I want to save an image, and some dropdown menus in sites won't work either. I also cannot force quit by right clicking on the icon and pressing quit because it doesn't do anything. I have cleared my cache and it still does this, I have rebooted my computer so many times, it still does this. I force quitted so many times, every time it opens it works, after some time it stops working. And I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times too and its still doing this. I have also restarted Opera from scratch, and it still does this. Why does it do that? Is it because my computer has feelings now and doesn't like Opera anymore?
