Searching, the last version of Chromium that supports that version of macOS is Chromium 116. For Opera Stable, that should be 102.0.4880.78.
Try that first. If that doesn't work, you can try older builds till one works. For example, 99.0.4788.9 should work if 102.0.4880.78 doesn't.
Also, you might want to edit your Hosts file first to block Opera's update servers just in case Opera tries to update to a newer build that doesn't support your version of macOS.
Of course, you'll be stuck with an older, unsupported build with security issues and possibly bugs that will never be fixed.

@HerculanoPinto I am using 102.0.4880.46 and it works fine other than the Aria, Chat Gpt and X buttons in the sidebar not working anymore. Using mid-2010 Mac w/ OS X High Sierra 10.13.6.

Your link to "block Opera's update servers" redirect to a procedure that's only for Windows. On MacOS (for this versions it was MacOS and not macOS as currently is) you can disable autoupdate for Opera stable by typing this into a terminal:
defaults write com.operasoftware.Opera OPDisableAutoUpdate true
If it worked, Opera will tell you "Update checker is disabled" when you go to Opera -> About Opera.
You must apply this Opera automatic update blocker BEFORE running Opera for the first time. Don't forget this very important step!
