@autorefreshpage newegg and amazon are two I use a lot, and I noticed once a day those sites opened a new tab, when I visited them, which then closed on its own (it was also blocked by my ublock sometimes).

Recently, this extension having huge problem with RAM when video download reach 100% and saving to disk. Even my computer has 16GB RAM (11GB free when download is working), it will consume 100% RAM at final step, even compress and use up to 32GB RAM. The worst thing is it also may crash at that step, reload the extension will redo the last troublesome step.

Extension was unusable for me. Not even a single download possible.

@mohamm11: replaces the cookie to get the last click and gets a comission from the website. very smart

Forget about the fact that it downloads videos just fine considering that it launches popups to hotsale.today! Malicious behavior!!! Don't install!

Natürlich sind die Logos von YouTube, Facebook, Instagram nur Fassade. Gerade bei diesen Seiten funktioniert dieses Addon NICHT! Man geht hier eindeutig auf Dummenfang.
Das ist die übliche Frechheit.

Not true, most of the time it works, although there are better downloaders. And: there are also videos that are protected from downloading.........

If your Opera GX is struggeling to get started (mine took over a minute) this add on was the reason - after deleting it, the browser works fine again
