[Duplicated] Can't upload pictures to any tab

well a little bit issue i have right now its like we cant upload picture to any tab if we just did not open that tab first like first open the tab then we can upload the picture on that tab other wise the drag and drop feature did not work wow thats all bad in this browser on the other hand this browser is super very very good i like this
plz fix this drag and drop feature plz i really wasting my time for this bug -
