Opera VPN Pro: system-wide feature?

Hello all,

is "Opera VPN Pro", when activated, a system-wide feature, or only for Opera? In other words: is Opera the only browser that can use "Opera VPN Pro", or do all the browsers on the same Mac also use it?

@JohanDadaVis As already said, VPN Pro works system wide.
