Opera would not let me go to a safe/valid website?

I used to love the Opera Browser when it provides me with security that I want. For the last few months, I don't know what you guys have done, I am starting to see performance degradation and recently it randomly refused to connect to some know valid/safe websites.

You don't have permission to access "http://www.homedepot.ca/en/home.html" on this server.

Meanwhile I have no issue accessing the same site using Brave and Edge. Last week, it won't even let ne access my banking site. I\How do you expect your users continue to use a browser that is so unpredictable? May be it's time to consider moving off Opera and fully embrace Brave.

I have the same error on Chrome, so it's more like an issue with the site itself.

@pilis00 I don't think so. The other browsers have no issue accessing the same site. I think it is something in the request that the Opera browser bundles in.

http://www.homedepot.ca/en/home.html loads fine for me in Opera 119.0.5497.29 64-bit on Windows 11 23H2, for what it's worth. In the U.S., not using a VPN and not using an adblocker. Also don't have DNS over HTTPS enabled at the URL
opera://settings/system. Not running Kaspersky and or NordVPN either.
