My Flow not working

I cannot connect My From my PC to my phone, despite them being connected in the past. I had them connected, but recently what I sent from my phone was not making it to my pc, despite both being signed in and working previously. I disconnected my phone, and when I went to reconnect, it just keep saying "Failed to connect". I was wondering if there was a way to fix this. I have relogged in on both devises and emergency reset My Flow already.

I'm trying to reconnect my regular Android Opera to my Windows 11 computer's Opera GX Flow after formatting my Android device, but I can't do it anymore.
When I try to connect, I get the message:
"Connection declined on your other device"When I try to connect Android devices to the same Flow, it's possible, but it's not when the connections are between Opera (89.1.4705.83901) for Android and Opera (118.0.5461.60) or Opera GX (118.0.5461.76) for Windows
Problems related to My Flow are not new, but we would like to see them resolved.
Opera team, we users hope that you will resolve this issue, as it is one of, if not the best feature, that the browser has.

I can't log in to "my flow". These types of problems occur after every Windows installation. Even though I have been using Opera for 15 years, I am now seriously planning to switch to a different browser.
