I get the following message but there is no place to enter my password.
What is a "previous ... password?"Unable to synchronize passwords
Your saved passwords were encrypted with an Opera account password which has been changed.If you know your previous Opera account password, you can enter it now. If not, you can reset your saved passwords.

@Robmm76 Do you have a screenshot? There should be a field for you to type your old Opera account password.

@leocg Opera One(version: 117.0.5408.168)
So what is an "old password?" My only two passwords have been computer generated secure passwords saved by the browser (supposedly.) How do I obtain them? On Chrome there was a password manager which allowed me to view and copy passwords. I haven't found any thing similar in Opera. And I have lost access to all my passwords and auto-complete entries from Chrome.

@Robmm76 Old password, as the name says, is your old Opera account password, the one used for encrypts the synced saved passwords.
Saved passwords are encrypted using your Opera account credentials before being upload to the synchronisation server.
So, to be able to use them, Opera needs to decrypt the passwords and, to do that, Opera needs the Opera account password used when the saved passwords were encrypted. -

The password field is visible but doesn't allow me to enter anything. What is a "saved password" and why would I have more than one password?

@Robmm76 Saved passwords are the passwords saved in the passwords manager, and that were synchronised.

@Robmm76 As the text on your image says, when the saved passwords currently on the synchronisation server were encrypted you were using a different Opera account password. Opera is asking you to provide that old Opera account password so that those synced saved passwords can be decrypted and made available to be used.

@Robmm76 What happens when you try to type your password?

@leocg Nothing. When I click on "Old Password" I see no curser and nothing appears in the text box. But I don't know what my "Old Password" is anyway so I guess it doesn't matter.
