When I click on "Old Password" I see no curser and nothing appears in the text box. But I don't know what my "Old Password" is anyway so I guess it doesn't matter.

Opera is asking you to provide that old Opera account password so that those synced saved passwords can be decrypted and made available to be used.

Saved passwords are encrypted using your Opera account credentials before being upload to the synchronisation server.
So, to be able to use them, Opera needs to decrypt the passwords and, to do that, Opera needs the Opera account password used when the saved passwords were encrypted.

So what is an "old password?" My only two passwords have been computer generated secure passwords saved by the browser (supposedly.) How do I obtain them? On Chrome there was a password manager which allowed me to view and copy passwords. I haven't found any thing similar in Opera. And I have lost access to all my passwords and auto-complete entries from Chrome.
