I've been using ArcBrowser on my mac for some time now, and I've loved it. But, apparently they won't continue to build it out. Plus, it doesn't work on Linux machines and I try to keep my dev work on my Linux machine.
There are lots of things I loved about ArcBrowser, but by far the biggest bang for the buck was the fact you could hide the UI entirely. Why is that important?
Well, if you're in web design or development, you take a lot of screenshots. Tons of them. And every OS has a "take screenshot of full window" and this is what those screenshots look like in Arc with the UI hidden:
It just strips away the clutter. Pretty sure if you implemented this anyone working in technology would adopt opera pretty quickly.
