(physical) Keyboard shortcuts not working on GX

Trying to pause and play videos from third party sides using my kb shortcut (Fn + D) but it's not working. Just changed back to GX after a few years of testing different browsers

@Nakkyzaurus Go to opera://flags and look for "Hardware Media Key Handling". Disable it, restart the browser, and see if it works now.

@sgunhouse disabling it didn't work but enabling it again seemed to work. I also started moving some things around so idk if this was why or some other thing. Thanks for the help
