YT pop out stopped working

YouTube popout window stopped working for me, it just won't appear. No updates that I know of occured earlier.
Anyone else having same problem?

For me, picture-in-picture video closes when a file picker dialog is open. It's not possible to enable the popout while the dialog is still on screen (opera one)
