      It would be nice a button to turn Aria pop up into a new tab or window. I've set the url from Aria exntesion in the bookmark bar, because I like to talk to it on full screen mode.

        @elissongois I didn't know this was possible. I would like to do the same. Can you provide the link you use?

        This may overcome some of the navigation / UI issues that we have experienced.

          @denizen976
          right click a conversation and copy address, past it into the address bar. The link is unique to each user so you cannot use anyone else's link.

            @lanshara I gave that a try.
            I'm not sure that's an actual web-accessible URL, but it might just be a way to get a bigger display instead of the small pop-out sidebar.

            In playing around with using in the full browser window, it does seem easier to read, but the same other problems persist in the larger display - the biggest being there not being any way to scroll the chat content.

            In poking around, I did re-read that the chats will only be visible for 30 days, and that reminds me to try to save (copy/paste) the historic chats, if I want to refer to the content at a later date.

            Having a way to save chats - in bulk, or even singly, would be a good addition.

              @denizen976 it's not a web URL, it's an extension URL and likely only valid for Opera. I had hoped there would be more functions or better layout but it appears that the format is fixed but at least you can see the whole response before it scrolls of the screen.

                @lanshara And, having the answer in a tab that doesn't disappear if you move off of it does help.

                I use manual mouse selection (click-drag-scroll) to force the display to scroll up or down, and use the same technique to copy the content. It's a "work-around", at best.

                Hey! Opera Devs! Are you reading these?

                😇

                  Re: [Suggestion]Open Aria AI on a new tab or window

                  Thanks for bringing up this topic and I want to give an update on most current version of Opera because at the current version its not done with a simple right click to open it in a new Tab:

                  1.) right Click in the Aria window or any conversation
                  2.) then click on Inspect Element to open the Dev-Tools.
                  3.) select "Sources"
                  4.) in the files list right click on aria.html
                  5.) select "Open in new tab" and close the Dev-Tools
                  6.) save the new Tab/URL as bookmark.

                    @dutchharry Oooohhh... Ouch!
                    Devs, you're letting us down!

                    You can do that. IF I remember, I can do that... but the 99.999% of the other Opera users? Shucks.
                    Then, again, probably only a few percent bother with Aria, and a percentage of those care about saving convos, and a percentage of those would understand how to do it, and well, only you, @DutchHarry, will repeatedly remember how and do it. 😞

                      Solved!!
                      ask ARIA anything in sidebar
                      inspect element of a response
                      click console and type window.location.href
                      you should see something like chromeextens://unique-id-randomchar/aria/some.html
                      right click link and select open in new tab - now save this address over any existing bookmark
