Recovering old bookmarks and history

Hi, I accidentally reset Passphrase. All my bookmarks and internet history have been lost since 2013. This informations was like an archive for me. Is there a way to recover old data? Very important to me, thank you.

this was bad. Thanks. Then I'll have to start a clean start. Opera has a special place for me.
