How do I get Opera to import bookmarks and settings from Win10 to Win11?

@DonMcgaffey As said, use Sync and backup the profile directory.

Hey! I had the same issue when I switched from Win10 to Win11. What worked for me was syncing my Opera account before upgrading. I logged into my Opera account on Win10, made sure all my bookmarks and settings were synced to the cloud, then once I was on Win11, I just logged back into the Opera account, and everything came through automatically.

If you haven’t already done that, try it out.
