YouTube High Resolution not working??

I tried watching a video when all of a sudden, there was no 1080p (nor i guess, a 108060p) quality option anymore.
For No Reason. Since probably december 2nd. literally, I tried restarting, re-adding the Enhancer for youtube add-on, tried finding an add-on to fix the issue, But Nothing, Fricking worked. I even tried to reset my flags, and yet, That didn't work too.
I looked, everywhere to see what the frick is going on, yet I found, nothing. Please, help me fix this. -

Oh yeah and I also tried YouTube Auto HD + FPS too.
That Didn't Help Either. -

Watching a video at 1080p right now. 4K videos also play fine here.
Try disabling all extensions.
