Using Opera to interact with guests in a hotel

I work for premier inn, I’m on a business apprenticeship and my idea is to integrate opera to guest in their room and add features for them to interact with reception and restaurant such as room service, room cleans and general information on the hotel and area . If possible to get some figures and general idea if this would be possible to do with opera.

@paigephillips777 that'd be cool but I would also like the ability to hook up with other guests if they turn on the option "find other users"
