Automatic blocking of video playback

can Opera for Android automatically block videos from playing? I'm very sorry if such a thread has already been created.

@lukjo I have same question.
By this, I asked Google for Addon Opera "Android" and got the result, there is no support for Addon on Opera Android. But for Firefox.
Firefox I used in earlier time on my smartphone, but after a complete new release of Firefox, this browser got so worst on Android, you can also read in comment section playstore, I switched to Opera.

My problem is, on my favorite news site www.Saarbruecker-Zeitung.de, on each side have a video windows, powered by www.glomex.com, the video starts automatically an by scrolling downwards, the video is plopping up to the front in a small window.
I think, this is not allowed by the European DSVGO. I need to ask.
