Problems with sync

Hello guys is there a way to get my data back becouse i lost my sync data. is there a way to download it... It was there but when i installed opera on new laptop it sinc my new opera data instad of backing it up. Now i have nothing? Can i have a file somwere saved?

@leocg i figured that as much... they kind of complicated the stuff... it shoul have a upload and restore button... it would be so much easer...

Now i feel kind of lost
