It's gone. This page says it's installed, but there is no button, it's not on the extensions page. Weird. Can't uninstall it, because there is no button. So re-install is no option.

How to pin extensions on toolbar.
At the upper right corner of the Opera window, you should see a small 3D-looking box. That's the Extensions button. If you click that, you'll reveal the Extensions popup, which should list the extensions you have installed. In each extension listing, you'll see a small thumbtack icon. Click the thumbtack for the extension you want to pin and you'll then see an icon appear for that extension in the Extension "pill" in the toolbar.For your reference, the link to user guide is:

Why is it not working at all from today?? In the extension page it became "ImTranslator" and don't have the pop-up bubble function anymore. It was fine yesterday. I really need the pop-up bubble function..

Stopped working today. Had to remove and add the extension again and now it works.

Dear @imtranslator, care to explain what's happening here?
I know we can use https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/imtranslator-translator-dictionary-tts/, but is this smaller version coming back or is it gone for good? -

The new Google Translate version 14.92 has been published and is awaiting for Opera Team Editorial Review.
Opera Team Editorial Review can take quite a long time.We hope that new version will be available for public soon.
In the meantime you can use ImTranslator which has multiple translation providers.
Please remove our extension from Opera browser and install ImTranslator form here:

I have two days with this problem. This extension doesn't work, and it doesn't appear in the installed extension. If I look for it and arrive here (this page), it says it's installed, I can unistall it, because it doesn't appear installed in extensions page, I can't install it because here says it's installed.

Please have a look at the extension page for ImTranslator, uninstall it and reinstall from here.:

ImTranslator has multiple translation providers such as Google, Bing, etc. -

@JesusHuz What is the name of the extension and the extension ID?
To find extension ID, go to the extensions page (Menu > Extensions > Extensions or click on the extensions icon in the sidebar) and, on the extension you want to check, click on Details
Try enabling developer mode in the extensions manager page.
