Entirely blue highlighted screen?

Uhhh so my cat climbed on my keyboard and walked all over it. He must've pressed a button to make this happen.

The entire tab is a blue highlight, though it doesn't respond to highlight commands. I've reset the tab, browser, and computer. When I exit out and come back it is still there. It's only on this website too.

I don't know how to fix it, please help-

@leocg I figured out how to fix it- It only happened on the website, If I pulled up two tabs of that website they would both be entirely blue.

I fixed it by resetting the settings back to the original

Hello,

Don't know if you still need it but I needed it and I couldn't found something.
I found out out "Use graphics acceleration when available" was enabled and when I turned it off "Relaunch" popped next t it, so I clicked it. This restarted my browser and the problem was fixed.
