I too have the same problem and it works both on Opera GX and on Microsoft Edge. I saw its name in the settings and I tried to block everything, delete all cookies, but each time it comes back and I can't. don't see its certificates in the list of certificates

hey boys, i had the same problem as you. hoppefully i've been able to reach a kind of solution to solve this problem, i think this problem is not caused by opera but by google search. After looking for a long time, i tried to change "search engine" in the opera settings and i put DUCKDUCKGO ( you can try other alternativ ) so now my opera doesnt take me to skyjem but to duckduckgo wich is almost the same as google search and better than skyjem.
@InfiniteNoob @leocg @Rayyan1212 @Tirnael . excuse me for the bad english, im french !!
hope this helps. -

@gusguuss Many types of adware or malware will redirect Google searches. A good antivirus should identify most malware except possibly browser extensions. Adware, you may need a program like Ad-Aware.
Check the simple things first - try disabling extensions and looking for a HOSTS file. If you still have the issue then try Ad-Aware and a scan with your antivirus. Or (since they are only redirecting Google) try a different search engine.

@InfiniteNoob hello, I’m having the same problem.
I went to my extensions on edge and had one named celestialquasaror that I couldn’t alter.I clicked developor mode to the left and it showed me a id of random letters.
I went to my files on my computer and searched the random letters found 3 files
It wouldn’t let me delete the files in the spot so I right clicked and selected open file location
I was able to delete that folder as a whole.
I returned to my extension page on edge browser and it is still there but says the extension failed to load properly so may not of removed it but definitely stopped it from properly working.
