Well... I use the option to auto hide the Windows taskbar, and apparently out of nowhere Opeta bugged the option to make the taskbar appear... it doesn't appear, you have to press Win for it to appear again, it works a lot in PC navigation.. this should be resolved, please give me some attention or a solution.

@dean-russlee It would be nice to have an intangibility configuration for this screen to leave only the option to close on the X, usually I'm playing and the mouse passes over the screen, the whole game crashes, the screen crashes, it sucks... But everything's fine for now, it's just a point that bothers me a lot, but I understand that I really want to play and watch at the same time as if I had 2 monitors

I would like a widget for Opera GX in Android about the flow. It could be a simple arrow to redirect you to the flow.
It would also be great to have a way of filming directly from the flow.

I have no idea where to give feedback so I came here. I wish Opera GX would stop putting new bookmarks on my speed dial. I don't care about crypto or AI or whatever new thing they're promoting. I have everything I want on my Speed Dial. It put some website called "Kraken" on my Speed Dial. I don't see any option to turn this off, so I just deleted it. By the way, the settings are all over the place, I can't ever find what I need, or remember the name of what I need to change. I love this browser for how customizable it is, but this is kind of irritating.

Opera gx is the best navegator ever i seen. But... the ads blocking dont block ads from some sites like the youtube.

Not sure if this is right place but as someone who has transitioned to this browser fully one major quality of life issue is that it is very difficult to move tabs between windows. This only sometimes works and even when working as intended leaves a empty window if it was my last tab. Often when I drag the tab from one window to the tab bar of another it won't take it and I end up opening up a new window and having the old empty window left behind.

I believe that Opera GX was made initially for only gamers, but over time, it became just a new general browser. I prefer it over Chrome, but many remnants of the gaming-focused ideas still lurk. When I'm researching something or looking at a poorly tab-optimized thing, It can become hard to find what I need because there are so many tabs cluttering my browser. I hope more work-focused features are added in the future because I like many exclusive opera and Opera GX features.

I wish to request that the sponsored links only be in the Suggestions section, and ask that y'all stop adding stuff like "Hero wars" or "Crunchyroll" or "GX.games" to my Speed Dial. I do not understand why y'all would think that it is ok to do that, it makes the browser feel really sketchy.

@Zelgeth According to the Terms of Service, Opera may include promotional stuff.
In settings page you can disable that promotional stuff.

I've been using Opera and Opera GX for years. I recently switched back to Opera from GX after an update changed the UI to New Look, which turns out to be buggy. I later discovered that you can turn New Look off but, as has happened before, Opera just presents you with an unexpected change and doesn't tell you how to revert it if you don't want it.

I'm offering my feedback because returning to original Opera after an absence has really clarified some of the concerns I've had about GX. I was originally attracted it to it as a gamer and because of it's customization features, but over the years I feel that it's suffered from serious feature creep, stuffing more and more unwanted, unnecessary features into it which just clutter it up for no good reason, while basic browser functions and elements remain relatively undeveloped and appear increasingly outdated.

Here's an example

Regular Opera, on the left, has a more compact layout with virtually every tile showing a recognizable logo. Opera GX has larger tiles, but they're just blank tiles with the URL on them. It looks messy and overcluttered, extremely outdated next to regular Opera So I really would have preferred that the GX devs had spent more time improving basic features and functions rather than just stuffing in more bloat like mods and shaders, etc.

Theres a mistake,again for repating of a fake offline on my youtube platforms,this happened at night when i was trying to keep turning off my laptop,and the reason is,it keeps opend up,leading my laptop device being woken up,and now i press the shut down button holdingly heavier,and now this

the fake offline on youtube have just return and came back for my platform for stupid reason while my wifi was being connected unfailedly,please fix this,remove the fake offline on my platforms on youtube,even my programing apps like the og opera and opera gx

Picture in Picture mode - it prevents user from moving the modal above the screen, however there's no padding for going below.

I'd suggest adding the same rule for the bottom of the screen, however keep applying it to the top. So probably a minimum of 0 (if starting top right) + 2(*margin 'til exit button).

prob need to apply the same rules for the sides of the screen too, and handle the xy accordingly

is there any sort of way to disable this feature? i hate it whenever I try to go to youtube and press enter and nothing happens because it thinks I want to search with yahoo.

I loved at first when I downloaded the opera gx, the customizable features were so cool. But from the last few month, the shaders stopped working glitching, browser became so slow, often crashing, like in my online meeting which was extremely horrible experience!. And I found out the opera GX browser is bad ad keeping customer privacy through many youtube videos. And passbolt is not working i guess for some reason to privacy issues.

I'm going to start out saying this: I am giving up on Opera GX completely

Now that I have the attention of the devs, first of all, yes, I am serious. I will be switching to Brave as soon as I make this post. I have been using GX for about a year, and when I first started, is was great. But the longer I used it, the slower it became. This browser is advertised to be fast, and great for gamers. I have never felt more lied to in my entire life. And I'm sure someone is going to respond by saying "disable these settings, turn off your extensions, clear your cache and data". Listen, I have tried ALL of that, and none of that has helped in the slightest. And I have a pretty powerful PC as well, so I know hardware isn't the issue. If the devs truly cared about this browser and wanted to make it the best it can possibly be, then this shouldn't be an issue in the first place, and yet it is. I am done, I am frustrated, and I am not dealing with it anymore. I wouldn't even recommend this browser to my worst enemy, it is pure torture how painfully slow it is

I loved opera gx before now it turned into a garbage browser. To start, whats with the reaktinator suddenly ruining your experience and zero tutorials on how to remove it. The only tutorial or instruction I received is through reddit. What a hell feature. On that note, search function in settings is garbage. Its only matching what you search with word match and does'nt only showing you the setting what you search for but you have to scroll down for it. Even worse, its not suggesting a setting if the word doesn't match one by one even if the setting you searched worked the same. Where is the UX designers on this. Also, where is the tab grouping feature? I remember using it way back before on OPera GX but suddenly I cant tab group anymore. I dont mean the workspaces because its garbage it does not compensate to tab grouping. Workspaces is not the solution just bring back the tab grouping where you can just drag a tab to another tab to group. Whats happening opera.
