You can see in the screenshots how many I have open & how many it syncs, is there a 39 tab limit?

When you goto the URL opera://sync-internals and click the "Trigger GetUpdates" button, do you get any errors?

You could right-click on a tab, goto "save" and choose "all tabs to a speed dial folder". Then, you could close all tabs and make sure that syncs so that the only tab shown on the Sync server is the speed dial tab.

Then, you can right-click on that folder and choose "open all in tabs" to open them all back up and then try the trigger button again to see if you can get more than 39 to sync.

            no

I need my tabs to be auto synced everytime I open new tabs, bcs sometimes Opera gets crashed & last 2 workspaces I created are being lost. Also I need to be able to use them on more than one 1 PC. Meanwhile I think with 'speed dial folder saving' it won't auto sync my new tabs/closed ones to there, right?

Right. The method I described was just something to try to see if it will help get tabs (more than 39) syncing to the server again by getting rid of them all and opening them back up fresh. As in, maybe it'll fix some type of corruption and jumpstart things.

Another option would be to save all tabs, close them all, goto https://www.sync.opera.com/ and reset your passphrase to wipe out all your Sync data to start over fresh. That might fix it.

Opera gets crashed & last 2 workspaces I created are being lost.

Note that syncing of tabs is not workspace-aware. Going to the URL opera://activity doesn't have them grouped into workspaces.

Also note that syncing of the workspaces themselves (their definitions and order etc.) are only synced when you sync settings. But, syncing of workspace settings is very buggy and you should avoid syncing settings if you use workspaces. It can cause you to lose all or some of them or cause one Opera to wipe out another's and put its workspaces in its place (wiping out tabs in the old ones). As in, merging workspaces between Operas does not work well.
