[Solved]Opera stopped working: Error (0xc0000022)

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022).
Click OK to close the application.

Happened out of nowhere, tried reinstalling and upgrading.

That did nothing, tried using it again today, and for whatever reason it started working again. Perhaps it was a windows issue and was fixed with an update, I don't know.

=helo what i did is right click Opera GX Browser open file location and again right click location till I see opera.exe then copy an past to desktop as shortcut.. it works for now....then i copy my export bookmark to desktop...ill update it wen its not working
