Hi, i have a question, what should i do when my opera deleted everything and i have my browser in a default state even tho im logged in, it deleted every shortcut my wallpaper every saved link, it deleted all. Did something simillar happen to someone else ?

@kayraaaaaaaa It happened many months ago with one version update, which relocated profile folder, but for some users (incuding me on one system) didn't copy (full) profile data to new location.
Browsing Opera profile folders in %appdata% you may find old profile tree; I may suggest to copy it over to new location (while Opera closed), but this action needs good backup first - I recall screwing somethig up in this process and I ended to manually combine different subfolders from old and new profile. It took me hour or two to (almost) restore old configuration.
Of course it is possible that there is some other reason for your problems, like logging into windows with different user name, corrupted windows profile or something similar.
