Hey sidneyneto, you have the right attitude. Don't listen to funksoulbro... he's talking about a non-existent browser since there is no Chopera. I suppose he thinks he's clever but in truth, he's just rather juvenile and needs to mature a little more.

Install the SmoothScroll extension and choose Opera in the options. It's not perfect, but much better than the default.

It's a Chrome extension, available at:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/search/smoothscroll
But first you need to get "Download Chrome Extension" from:
https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/download-chrome-extension-9/?display=en
This works pretty well on most websites (but not at all on Opera's Start Page)!

Can Opera Mini (for iPhone) playing videos? I open the videos streaming links and it's automatically redirected to Safari Browser.
IF the video opens in Safari, Certainly Opera Mini for Iphonedoes not open video. Could you stop posting that in several topics, please?

The fact is, there is no good smooth scrolling solution for Chropera, even though it's been around for nearly a year now and the version number has gone up from 15 to 21. In fact, virtually no new features have been added at all in that time, which is why I said not to hold your breath waiting, given that people have been waiting for basic bookmarking functionality to appear for 12 months now - and they're still waiting.
[Mod edit. Please don't post the same comment all over the forums and also don't hijack non related topics. Persecution and personal attacks will not be accepted per the forum rules so please stop.]

Lots of websites are blocked in my country, including the harmless ones. Opera Mini is the last my hope. I cannot find any straight answer for this. If someone can tell me where I can contact the Opera support, I'll be really grateful. I am sorry for this, it's very important to me.

Yes, in "options" click on Opera for fairly smooth scrolling. You can make custom adjustments, but I haven't bothered because the "Opera" settings are good enough for me.

BTW, there's also an experimental smooth scrolling mode you can turn on in the flags page. I haven't tried it.
I just found Chrome extension "Logitech Smooth Scroll" and it seems to work very well with my Logitech mouse.
