Opera 98 was the last working well.

Before posting, I made some required (mandatory) steps.

Since Opera 99 many problems have appeared.
One of them brings a slowly download as you can see on the screenshots.

On https://www.speedtest.net I don't see a significant difference between Opera and Chrome results.
