Only searching first 2 letter when searching from speed dial

So I had this issue a year ago. now it"s back!
Now when I search from my speed dial, I type everything in and hit enter, then the page loads, but did it do what I searched for? Nope, only the first two letters. So if I were to search for "Opera web browser" the next page that loads is a google search for "Op"
this issue was reported and fixed over a year ago and now it's back with flying colors. -
