Have MFA for my Opera account, Linked with Google. Can't reset pwd or email

I have tried for months to reset my Opera account password, even tried to delete my account. I have MFA setup with authenticator app and I login thru Google login. But I can't seem to be able to reset the Opera account password or even delete the account! When I try to reset the password, asks me for the old password (which I don't have), proceeds to ask me the MFA verification (which I have and enter correctly) and can't do anything because I don't have the password!!!
Seems really stupid, that if I can login thru Google SSO, I have the MFA authenticator (and enter the correct verification code, since it's my account) the process still asks for the old password which is the one I don't remember/have and the one I want to reset!!!!
Got so tired of trying I even tried deleting the Opera account, but it also asks the password of the account (also asking the MFA validation, which I complete correctly). So I can't do anything to reset my password or otherwise!!!
If I can login thru Google, I have the MFA verification, why in heavens sake asks me for the password I dont have if I already validated my account by two methods!!!!!
I can't even change the email account since it asks (guess what?) the password of the Opera account!!!
This is insane!

@eliassantiago Did you try using your Google account password? Did you try using the Forgot Your Password? option?

@leocg Yes, I tried both. Tried using the Google password, wrong password. I can log in with the Google SSO option.
If you use the reset password option, you must have the old password which I don't. However, I do have the MFA authenticator with the correct key. Why does Opera not rely on the MFA or the Google SSO so that I can reset the Opera account password? I don't receive any password reset email since my account says my email is invalid (it is the same as the Google email I use for login with Google SSO.
Can someone from Opera support check what is going on with my account?

It doesn't make sense. The option is exactly for those who can't remember the password.
I don't receive any password reset email since my account says my email is invalid
So if you go to auth.opera.com, type your email address and click on the Forgot Your Password link, it says that your email is invalid?

@leocg Exactly, it does not make sense!
Let me show you with some screenshots:
If I try login only with my email:
On the password screen, I don't have it, so I click forgot password:
Which takes me to:
after this, email enver arrives (Yes I've checked Spam, Junk, everywhere... emails never gets there:
So I go back to login, this time using Google sign-in:
I get to enter the MFA code (authenticator app) and Voila!:
But, the fun does not end there!:
See the thing about the email "being invalid" ???? If I try to change it or try to reset the password for the Opera account, all I get is this same screen every time, no matter what browser, what OS, etc. (I've tried Edge, Chrome, Mozilla, Opera, Brave, you name it!):
Sorry for the irony. Do you understand now? That's what I've been trying for over a year to get a hold of someone from Opera support so they check my account to see what the heck is going on!!!
I've tried everything!

It seems nobody can help with this issue! Can someone from Opera Support take a look?

@eliassantiago The tool to recover your password still doesn't work?

@leocg what tool? If by tool you mean the password reset link, see the screenshots I uploaded. If this tool is an utility, no one has mentioned it before.

Since dots before the @ are insignificant for Gmail addresses, try entering your Gmail address without the dot between your first and last name to see if the Opera auth site then recognizes your email.
