Hi there, I´ve read every post here of this issue. Unfortunately, the options aren´t available or I didn´t find it.
      This is my version 108.0.5067.29
The thing is that any site I logged in, I have to do it again when I re open Opera, sites as Youtube, Facebook, Drive, Pinterest. I have 2 devices (Microsoft) and both have the same problem. I reset my laptop in order to "fix" it and reinstalled Opera, but it doesn´t solve this problem. What do you think? 😞
I think it started with the last updates 😞

Goto the URL opera://settings/content/siteData and make sure the Default Behavior is set to "Allow sites to save data on your device". Then, remove all customized behaviors.

Then, goto the URL opera://about, take note of the "profile" path, close Opera and delete the "Cookies" file in the "Network" folder in the profile folder.

Then, start Opera check the Default Behavior one more time and then try things out.

Also, make sure you're not using a program like CCleaner to clean Opera's temp files and cookies and cache.

You can also disable your extensions one by one at the URL opera://extensions to see if one is causing the issue.

Also, make sure your time, data, time zone and daylight savings settings on Windows are correct.

I also noticed this problem. Moreover, it appears somehow spontaneously: everything can work fine for two days, then one day it does not save the settings, then it works fine again, and so on. In this case, no settings change.
Most likely related to the Chromium engine

@burnout426 Thanks! I think it fixed, I´ll be back if not. I costumized the sites and it worked.
