HDR continually breaking if opening more than one window

I'm trying to watch Youtube videos on my brand new HDR screen on my 3080 and any time I open a second window in Opera the HDR immediately becomes oversaturated until I completely close Opera and reopen Youtube. Why is this happening? Is Opera Overstressing something causing the HDR to mess up? Or is Opera just bad at HDR? Every other application is handling HDR just fine, even when Opera is having problems, including Chrome playing the same videos with multiple windows. If unresolved I will uninstall Opera and not look back, this is ridiculous.

@benjoholio95 If Lucid Model/RGX is on, try turning it off.

@leocg RGX was off when this was happening, turning RGX on at the time would cause it to go SDR and fix the coloring but not the issue itself

@benjoholio95 Try changing opera://flags/#use-angle to see if something changes.
