Opera settings not saving after closing browser

Hi, week ago i came across a bug in Opera, where it doesn't save a settings after closing browser. It's annoying as rn I have set cookies to block all third party ones, cuz i wanted to try something and now I cannot change it back. I've tried logouting of account, reseting browser and even deleting profile folders in %appdata%. Anyone came across same problem with any solution?

It's a known bug with the
opera://settings/cookiespage. You can change the setting and reload the page to see that it just gets reverted on you. This is most likely due to recent cookie setting changes in Chromium. -

similar problem here, I activated Clear cookies and site data when you quit Opera, I want to revert but I cant find the option to toggle this setting anywhere anymore.
