Export Opera .html from my current computer to a new computer

I didn't try it yet but I wonder if the import to the new computer can setup the new computer with when I open Opera my main screen has all my existing Speed Dials with all the blocks that show 4 icons and all the icons within them to be brought over intact? Also the bookmark bar on the top of the screen?
I realize the import will have all the bookmarks and speed dials but will it save my exact layout that I had setup on my current computer?

@tommyr Nope, layout is not saved. The bookmarks in bookmarks in bookmarks bar should be there, but the ones in Speed Dial will need to be re-add.
They will be available in Other Speed Dials.
